Return Policy

We hope you loved your Mintly Home items! But if you need to return for some reason, see our policy below:

If your item is noted as eligible for return on the product page, it can be returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase.

Original shipping charges and delivery fees are non-refundable and 15% restocking fee will be deducted upon processing.

Please contact us at info@mintlyhome.com to request a shipping label to return your product. All items must be sent back in the original packaging (or similar packaging arranged by the customer).

Items must be in new condition, unused/unwashed and show no signs of use. They must be in the original packaging and form. Once lighting has been installed it cannot be returned.

We cannot accept returns on made to order, one-of-a kind, items damaged through normal wear and tear and final-sale items.
